My journey began with the successful venture foodpanda.com. I introduced the concept of online food delivery and developed the category to one of the fastest growing ecommerce verticals in the world. I later founded fintech startup PayLo to solve the lack of payment acceptance infrastructure in emerging markets. Recently, I contributed to the turnaround of Zee Digital, for which I am recognised as one of the Top Tech CEOs of the Decade in India by DNA and India.com. I am also on the prestigious 40 under 40 list and was felicitated by IIM Rohtak in 2020. Currently, I am President & COO of Times Network's digital business. I am proud to have transformed it into the largest video news platform in the country, reaching over 20 billion views annually. I also launched ET Now's digital platform in record time and scaled it to 10+ mn users within the first month alone.

I have always felt that the scholarship has played a crucial role in shaping my life and career. I am currently a Staff Research Scientist and Research Manager at the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab in IBM Research. I lead research collaborations with MIT to develop state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms. My research has been published in top AI conferences and journals. I am also recognised as an IBM Master Inventor for filing several patents in machine learning.
