My disciplined lifestyle and hard work have helped me achieve extraordinary results in both my academics (Gold Medals from IIM Shillong and NIT Rourkela) and professional life. On top of that, the Aditya Birla Scholarship gave me a platform to showcase my leadership skills and an opportunity to contribute to Aditya Birla Group during the internship programme. That experience helped me to achieve greater heights in my professional career, where I am now helping leaders of different organisations solve complex business problems. And finally, I am also enjoying a happy family life with my wife Nikita and son Naitwik.
